Bruno Freitas is an award-winning tattoo artist with over two decades of experience, known for his expertise in traditional Japanese tattoos (Irezumi), cover-ups, and custom designs.
I ran Black Kimono Tattoo, and that is where I built my reputation in South Florida — including several “Best Tattoo Studio” awards.
Today I work in Pompano Beach, by appointment only. One client at a time, no rush.

Each project is designed to flow with the body, combining elements such as dragons, koi fish, samurai, and traditional backgrounds.

Private space, by appointment only. Sterile equipment, no rush, breaks whenever you need them.

Went in for a consultation and my tattoo guy was taken ill suddenly. Bruno stepped in and adjusted his schedule to accommodate me. I mean, who does that? Absolutely love this place. Clean and professional. Bruno created an awesome Buddha piece for me and it's not finished — I have to come back. It looks amazing!! And he has a soft touch, no need for breaks or time outs.
